Forest Focus Monitoring Database System: Technical Specifications 2003 Level II Data

This document is a technical description of the data submission formats that must be used to submit information and data from measurements made at ICP Forests Intensive Monitoring plots (Level II) to the JRC, Ispra. The formats described in this document are identical to those described in the ICP Forests Manual. The goal of this document is to regroup the format of all forms into a single document. It also contains the list of allowed values for coded parameters and a navigation link between each parameter and its reference table. The specifications given in this document cover the technical aspects of the data formats and ensure that the data submitted for a given monitoring year will be compliant with the defined formats. The ICP Forests Manual should be used as a reference when additional information about methods to be applied to measure a parameter is needed.
