Deborah Tobey has 20 years experience in the human resources and development field and is principal of a solo consulting practice in human and organization performance improvement. She works with client organizations in consulting skills development and systems and her clients include Fortune 500 organizations in manufacturing, finance, health care, and service sector. She has a bachelor‘s degree in English and an a MA in Student Personnel Administration and Counseling and a Ph.D in HRD from Vanderbilt University. She is author of two other titles published by ASTD Press and frequent lecturer.

Don McCain is founder and principal of Performance Advantage Group and has more than 28 years corporate and consulting focus.
